For over 20 years, Roxanne has made significant contributions across various industries, including financial services, public sector, healthcare, retail, and technology. She has helped clients activate change, leading numerous client engagements that have enabled organizations to respond to business and societal challenges. More recently, Roxanne has helped clients define their next normal design and digital adoption approaches, talent management and employee engagement strategies, as well as standing up transformation COEs.
Roxanne is a dedicated mentor and coach to many and takes great pride in attracting and developing the personal and professional growth within teams. She has completed numerous leadership programs, including PwC’s Women in Leadership and Canadian Board Diversity Council’s Get On Board. Roxanne holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics in Business Administration with a specialization in systems management from the University of Waterloo. She is also an active member of Toronto Region Board of Trade and Ascend Canada.
Roxanne cares deeply about health, wellbeing and creative expression. She is an avid patron of the performing arts and takes the utmost pride and joy in having the privilege of raising two beautiful children.
