Karen is a senior executive currently serving as Interim CEO of CloudMD with more than 20 years of creating growth through innovation, people, process and technology, and in transforming organizations. Karen has experience in evolution of healthcare in mental and physical health through innovation and evidence-based outcomes for employers, employees, insurers, advisors and consumers. Karen has worked in senior executive positions at Forum Corporation, Shepell.fgi, Morneau Shepell, and SCM Insurance. Karen is past Chair of the Ontario Shores Foundation for Mental Health.
Karen has won awards for her work in mental health and has been nominated for the Women of Influence award. She is a public speaker and advocate for mental health.
